Chinese technology giant, Oppo Electronics Corp, officially launched the new smartphone, N1 Mini, in India on 11 August.

Oppo N1 Mini originally made its debut in June. It sports a 5.0-inch HD (1280x720p) IPS LCD screen with a brushed steel frame wrapped around the edges of the phone and runs on the Android v4.3 Jelly Bean OS (with Oppo's custom ColorOS UI) powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, Adreno 305 graphics engine, 2GB RAM,16GB inbuilt memory and a 2140 mAh battery.
The key striking feature of Oppo N1 Mini is its swivelling 13.0-megapixel camera on top, which eliminates the need for secondary camera and also helps users by providing full HD-quality video chat option.
It also features a six-piece lens arrangement based Sony sensor, HDR, F2.0 aperture and can even capture 24.0-megapixel quality picture thanks to company's 'Super Zoom' technology.
Competition:
Oppo N1 Mini is priced ₹26,990 and is said to hit stores later this week. Once released, it will be competing with Motorola's Moto X, Gionee Elife 7 Mini, Xiaomi Mi3, Google Nexus 5 and domestic branded Octa-core based devices such Canvas Knight and Intex Aqua Octa.
