New Delhi. Feb 26 (ANI): Congress leader Ajay Maken on Wednesday said that Opinion Polls are manipulated and 70-80% black money is used in it. Maken was speaking in the context of a sting operation conducted by a news channel which claimed that some of the agencies which conduct opinion polls before elections are willing to twist their findings for money.
