New Delhi, Oct 23 (ANI): As Onion price touched Rs 100-a-kg mark in several places across the country, Congress general secretary Digvijay Singh said that prices of Onions are seasonal. He further said that Onions are being stocked up in godowns in parts of Madhya Pradesh and BJP government is not investigating it.
