OnePlus 2 launch had an embarrassing start in August, as the company, despite promising faster invite delivery system, failed to bridge the gap between demand and supply.
Now, OnePlus has streamlined the production of the flagship device and has initiated an open sale of the OnePlus 2 across the world including India (via Amazon).
The company has also revealed that the mid-range phone OnePlus X open sale will go live on 8 December in select cities in India.
OnePlus and Amazon India in collaboration with Ola, a taxi aggregator, will sell OnePlus X. Prospective consumers can book the OnePlus X on Ola smartphone app and get it delivered in just 15 minutes.
For the uninitiated, OnePlus 2 sports 5.5-inch full HD display and runs in the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop powered by Snapdragon 810 v2.1 Octa-core processor with 4G LPDDR4 RAM, 64GB inbuilt memory and 3300 mAh battery.

On the other hand, OnePlus X features 5.0-inch full HD screen and houses Android Lollipop OS, Snapdragon 801 quad-core CPU, 3GB RAM and 2525 mAh battery.
