Sunny Leone's films haven't done well at the box-office lately, but that doesn't make her irrelevant, say trade experts. They believe that it's only a matter of time before the actress comes back stronger.

Talking to BollywoodLife, trade pundit Amul Mohan pointed out that even though Sunny's films haven't made much money, she is still one of the most popular stars around, who also happens to be the most-searched celebrity on Google (in India). However, he feels it's her choice of films that is turning against her.

"I think 'One Night Stand' could have been a good film for her because she was not doing a proper sex infused scenario kind of a film like a 'Mastizaade.' In that way she was trying to do something good but obviously it hasn't worked for her. But she has a lot more films in her pipeline, so you never know will happen," he further added.

Meanwhile, analyst Akshaye Rathi opined that she's a brand in herself and no amount of flops can take that away from her. He believes that a lot depends on the kinds of films that are being made with her in it.

Talking about her future in the industry, Amul opined that she needs to assess her films well because if she doesn't, it may hurt her going forward. Akshaye, however, had a completely different take on the matter.

"I don't think so (that her future is shaky). There are so many films being made and there are so few actors, that most of the actors who are a brand in themselves will never really run out of offers. Maybe she is trying to be choosy and might not be trying to do too many films together. I am sure she will have work in this industry and she will do well," the entertainment portal quoted Akshaye as saying.

In other news, Sunny has shot for a special number in Shah Rukh Khan's "Raees." The crime-thriller will open in theatres on Jan. 26, 2017.
