Harry Styles talks next to other members of One Direction after being presented with the British Video award at the BRIT Awards in LondonReuters

One Direction singer Niall Horan found a pair of trousers belonging to Miley Cyrus while at New Jersey's MetLife Stadium on Monday, and he tweeted a picture of him wearing the skin tight pants to Cyrus herself.

In true Cyrus style, Horan stuck out his tongue, and appeared to have been twerking when the photo was clicked.

"@MileyCyrus you left these in New Jersey! They are comfortable, not gona lie #twerk #tongueout," Horan captioned the picture, to which Cyrus replied, "@NiallOfficial f–kkkk yassss."

It is believed that he found the trousers backstage and couldn't resist trying them on for himself.

Cyrus and the One Direction boys have always had a playful relationship, and the British boy banders never gives up on an opportunity to poke fun at the twerking queen.

Last year, they gave a playful review of Cyrus' controversial VMA performance, stating that she was "quite reserved."

Harry Styles joked: "It was very reserved. I think she's quite shy and it's about time she came out of her shell a bit." He sarcastically added that it was a timid performance, and that children could watch it along with their grandparents, Mirror noted.

Speaking to Yahoo at the premiere of their movie, "This Is Us", Louis Tomlinson added: "We were shocked by how much coverage there was. I think she was shocked. I don't think she knew she would get so much attention from it. It's family friendly."

The One Direction boys are currently on their "Where We Are" tour, and reviews from fans as well as industry sources indicate that the US leg of their tour has been a success.

"From the start, the fivesome stood out by defying the rigid approach of '90s boy bands — and Monday night was no different. The pure pop-rock performance was a hit with the audience, based on the crowd's screams," Jim Farber of The New York Daily News noted.

Fans, too, have been flooding social networking sites with good reviews about their performances. Check out some fan reactions below.
