New Delhi, Dec 07 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is holding a meeting with the Chief Ministers of all states on Sunday to discuss reconstructing of Planning Commission. Meanwhile, the Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir, Omar Abdullah and of West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee has planned to skip the meeting drawing flak from the ruling party's leaders. Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that it is the decision of the respective Chief Ministers whether or not to attend the meeting. BJP leader GVL Narasimha Rao said that by skipping PM's meeting Abdullah and Banerjee are only causing harm to their own state.
