New Delhi, Nov 6 (ANI): Odisha Chief Minister, Naveen Patnaik, met Finance Minister Arun Jaitley in New Delhi regarding the funds for the damages caused by cyclone Hudhud. Cyclone Hudhud had slammed into the coast of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha last month, killing 41 people and tearing down tens of thousands of mud-and-thatch homes. Patnaik urged the Central government to release the funds similar to the advance of rupees 10 billion, which has been released to Andhra Pradesh. He further said they have also asked the government to release the due amount of rupees 399.83 crore from NDRF for the last year's cyclone Phailin.
