New York, Sep 25 (ANI): External Affairs Minister Salman Khurshid has stated that the flagship nuclear deal with the United States would be beneficial for both the nations. Meanwhile talking about the straining relations between India and Pakistan, Khurshid said that talks with Pakistan could take place only when the environment is conducive for it.
