New Delhi, Sep 15 (ANI): Even as the country's most deterrent nuclear capable ballistic missile, Agni-5 was successfully test fired from Chandipur Test Range in Balasore district off Odisha coast, on Sunday, Defence Analyst Commodore (Retd) C Uday Bhaskar said that India can be legitimately proud now, however, it does not mean the country has strategical development in operations.
