New Delhi/Srinagar/Shimla/Amritsar/Ludhiana, Dec 22 (ANI): An intense cold wave continues to grip north India with several regions facing extremely low temperatures. Dense fog engulfed the plains of Northern region, affecting air and rail traffic while the plains of the Kashmir valley are experiencing seasons' first snowfall.
