Nokia's recently released tablet Lumia 2520 may soon be followed by an 8.3-inch device.
The tablet, tipped as Nokia RX-115, has been seen listed on India's Zauba website featuring an 8.3-inch Full HD IPS display and support for nano SIMs. Other specifications are yet to be unveiled.

It has been also reported that the price of the tablet will be around ₹9,423 INR (about $155) proving to be a very affordable tablet for the Indian market. However, since the firm has not confirmed any information, the retail price can go up by the time it gets released.
It has been speculated that the final name for the RX-115 could be Nokia Lumia 2020 and could be unveiled anytime before March 2014, reported Unwired View.
Nokia Lumia 929: What We Know So Far (Updated)
The Finnish tech firm is also speculated to introduce the much-talked about Lumia 929 device next year.
Following is the spec sheet for the device based on the leaks and other details revealed so far.
Display: The handset, seen carrying the Verizon US network carrier logo, is said to sport a 5-inch Full HD display with support for the new three columns of Live Tiles, according to The Verge.
Camera: Nokia Lumia 929 is also said to include a massive 20-megapixel camera. The PureView camera will be nearly identical to the one featured in Nokia Lumia 1520.
Processor and OS: Like most Android units Nokia Lumia 929 is said to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor, reported Phone Arena. The device is expected to arrive with the latest Windows Phone 8.1 OS or with the GDR 3 and Lumia Black updates.
Nokia is reportedly planning to reveal two handsets for Windows Phone 8.1 - Goldfinger and Moneypenny. The firm is also said to introduce its 3D Touch technology, which makes use of hardware sensors to detect off-the-glass interactions. This technology might also be introduced in the handset.
Memory: Some new leaks for the handset revealed that it would sport a 330 Adreno for graphics and 2GB RAM along with the 32GB internal storage, according to AEG India.
Battery: The device may pack a 2510mAh battery, which according to the current market is not groundbreaking enough. However, the specs might change by the time it gets released.
