New Delhi, Sep 07 (ANI): Congress on Sunday organized an 'Aakrosh Rally' in the national capital against the Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung's move to invite BJP to form government in Delhi. Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee President Arvinder Singh Lovely said that there is no provision of secret ballot in the Constitution of India and that the LG can only send the message to the assembly. Lovely said that the BJP wants to form the government in Delhi without proper numbers and that is totally unconstitutional.
