Remember the time Khloé  Kardashian and her sisters Kendall and Kylie Jenner put on prosthetics and almost fooled the paparazzi? Well, this adventure will be featured in Season 12 episode 5 of "Keeping up with the Kardashians." But fans will have to wait another week to watch it. The latest episode will air on Sunday, June 5.

Momager Kris' daughters will long for a normal day out. Seeing as they are famous and easy to spot, the siblings will opt for a prosthetic make-over that will let them (hopefully) go unnoticed.

In the promo for Season 12 episode 5, Kylie and Kendall are seen wearing moulds on their nose. While they wait for a transformation, elder sister Khloé's look is almost complete. Lamar Odom's estranged wife almost freaks out when she touches her wrinkled skin. She says: "I really thought this was my real neck Kendall, and I almost spiraled."

In the upcoming episode, the sisters will not only be part of a long and gruelling make-up session, but will also have to act the part. The preview clip captures a scene in which Khloé, who looks like an octogenarian, seems to have nailed it. Her every step is wobbly and she even carries a walking stick to look the part. The three will hop onto a Los Angeles tour bus as tourists.

However, fans would remember that the paparazzi followed the Kardashian and Jenner sisters after Kylie snapchatted the entire experience. She later posted a video of her removing the mould off her nose, and even captured Khloé 's difficult time with a thick layer of make-up that wouldn't come off.

Elsewhere in Season 12 episode 5, the matriarch of the Kardashians, Kris, will tell Khloé she wants to change her last name to Kardashian. While this will be a bit distressing for her daughter, the momager will be convinced them because she's the "original Kardashian," as she puts it.

"Keeping up with the Kardashians" Season 12 episode 5 airs at 9 p.m. EST on Sunday, June 5, on E! You can live-stream the episode via E! Live.
