New Delhi, Nov 09 (ANI): The Ministry of External Affairs on Saturday said that a final decision on whether Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would attend Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) was still pending, and that India had not yet communicated to Sri Lanka on who is to attend the Commonwealth meeting in Colombo.
