Nivin Pauly's birthday celebration: Amala Paul, Kunchacko Boban, 'Premam' team, others attend the do [PHOTOS]

Malayalam actor Nivin Pauly celebrated his 31st birthday with his family and friends from the film industry on Sunday, 11 October.

Celebrities, including Kunchacko Boban, Amala Paul, Siju Wilson, Shabareesh Varma and many others attended the birthday bash, organised by Nivin's wife Rinna Joy.

A video of the actor's childhood birthday celebrations was also played during the party.

Overwhelmed with the love of his friends and fans, Nivin has thanked all his well wishers for wishing him and for being part of the grand surprise birthday celebration. 

"This day was special. Inundated with warm BDay wishes from all around!! Thanks to all my well wishers and brothers who came down to the location to cut the cake. And I was awed by a surprise BDay party which really made my day. A hall lit up in beautiful colours to my surprise, and all my dear and near ones were there wishing me BDay. Had a great time with my family and close friends. Took an emotional stroll down my memory lane when a video of my childhood BDay celebrations was played. Thanks to my friends and family for sending your wishes over a sweet video. And cannot thank my wife enough for arranging all these!! This BDay would be cherished..!!, Nivin posted on his Facebook page on Monday.

Meanwhile, All Kerala Nivin Pauly Fans Association members of the Perumbavoor unit celebrated the actor's special day by arranging lunch for the inmates of Santhwanam orphanage in Kalamasseri.
