Beijing, June 30 (ANI): Minister of State for Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Nirmala Sitharaman said that she would raise trade gap issue with her Chinese counterpart in a scheduled meeting, during which she is expected to pitch for big investments like Chinese industrial parks. Sitharaman is accompanying Vice President Hamid Ansari to Beijing on a five day long trip to boost bilateral ties and also participate in a trilateral summit. India runs a $40 billion bilateral trade deficit with China and the new Prime Minister Narendra Modi is expected to seek greater market access to reduce that gap.
