Nicole Scherzinger made sure all eyes were on her at a promotional event for Dirty Dancing in Los Angeles by wearing a sexy backless gown that flaunted her sizzling figure. However, the singer may have flashed a bit too much, thanks to a risqué slit on the dress.
Scherzinger's dress featured a cut across the thighs and her dress rode up while walking, thereby exposing her underwear. However, this did not fluster Scherzinger, who seemed to be in high spirits throughout the night.
Scherzinger plays Penny Rivera in the television remake of the Dirty Dancing. She nearly turned down the role because Penny has an abortion in the story. Her family is reportedly against abortion.
"I was like a crazy thing because my papa's a bishop and my family is really hardcore against abortion," she was quoted as saying by The Sun. "I got the role and I almost didn't take it because I didn't want to promote abortion, because my character has an abortion.
"But I was like, 'Hopefully they can learn from her ways and I can be a positive influence.'My mum got pregnant with me when she was 17 and had me when she was 18. She chose. Her parents were never going to let her have an abortion so I came out. I just want to encourage everybody to keep your babies."
