Nicki Minaj is back in the news and this time it's for her wardrobe malfunction during her concert in Vancouver, Canada, and for the very famous Madame Tussauds waxwork.

It was indeed a peek-a-boob situation when Nicki Minaj suffered a nip slip while performing on stage during her concert (as part of Pinkprint Tour) at the Rogers Arena, Vancouver.

The 32-year-old singer was wearing a sparkly gold bra (bustier) which slipped down, revealing her chest, exposing her nipple to the crowd. But Minaj was quick enough to realise it and covered the exposed boob with her hand, as she continued to perform.

Well, this is not the first time Nicki Minaj has suffered a wardrobe malfunction. The singer has had her share of nip slips in the past as well. But what's new is that her waxwork at Madame Tussauds is getting groped and molested by visitors.

The waxwork, which was unveiled earlier this month in Las Vegas, is inspired by the rapper's iconic pose from her "Anaconda" music video where she is posing with her hands and knees on the ground and her butt in the air.

Visitors have been reportedly taking provocative pictures with the waxwork and posted them on social media. In response to the provocative pictures, the museum has apparently said that it will redesign the figure's display area so that similar pictures cannot be taken in future.

Some of the pictures posted by male visitors show them pretending having sex with the figure. The museum has said that while it wants visitors to have an interactive experience, the waxwork should be treated respectfully and that such incidents were unfortunate.

Madame Tussauds issued a statement (via Sydney Morning Herald): "It is unfortunate that this visitor decided to behave to inappropriately and we apologise for any offence this has caused. We do have staff monitoring guest behaviour in the attraction ... but on this occasion clearly one of our hosts was not present.

'We are taking immediate steps to ensure more staff are present in this area and that the set ... is redesigned to that a picture like this cannot be taken again."

The nip slip and now the "Anaconda" waxwork incident — looks like Nicki Minaj is bound to be upset.
