Priyanka Chopra's future father-in-law Paul Jonas is facing a financial crisis after his company filed for bankruptcy with a debt of over $1 million.

According to reports, Paul's real estate company and his New Jersey construction have a debt of over $1 million and a $268,000 case that the company lost. Paul's company had to file for bankruptcy to obtain some cash. He also plans to sell a few properties of the company to clear the debts, TMZ reported.

Paul's sons aka the Jonas bros are all thriving in their success. As a band, they sold millions of records worldwide until they split in 2013. They've continued to stay successful even after the breakup.

Joe Jonas was the judge on The Voice Australia and was the voice of Kraken in Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation. He made a fortune and has listed his farmhouse for sale for $4.25 million.

Kevin Jonas, on the other hand, followed the footsteps of his dad and ventured into real estate. He has a real estate company, a JonasWerner construction company, and is the CEO of the Blue Market Company.

Nick Jonas has earned millions as a band member. He has released many solo albums and the latest being 'Right Now'. He also starred in Jumanji alongside Dwayne The Rock Johnson. His released a brand of new men's perfume called John Varvatos. He is reportedly worth $25 million.

Nick recently got engaged to Quantico star Priyanka Chopra. The two met at the 2017 Met Gala, where they represented fashion brand Ralph Lauren.

The duo had their engagement ceremony in Mumbai on August 18. According to BollywoodLife, the couple is planning to have a destination wedding in Hawaii. But Priyanka's mother, Madhu Chopra, wants a traditional Indian wedding.

"That's my only wish. I started the roka with a puja, which is important to me. I'm a modern mother but at heart, I'm quite conservative," she said during a media interaction.
