New Delhi, Jan 07 (ANI): In a shocking incident of negligence by a private hospital in Delhi, the body of a new-born girl child was thrown into the garbage dump after she died of some infection. The infant died of complications at 1:30 am on Monday. The family had paid the hospital Rs. 1,500 to keep her body in the mortuary overnight, but it was missing the next morning. As the baby’s father, Vijay Kumar headed towards the mortuary to collect his baby’s body, a hospital staff came running after them and climbed into a garbage truck parked in the hospital’s vicinity and handed them the body. He said that he wants strict action to be taken against the hospital. Speaking about the issue, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal said that he will not spare the people behind this negligence.
