The transmission will be handled by a six-speed manual and automatic gearbox. The new Fortuner will be available in 4WD (four-wheel drive) and 2WD (two-wheel drive) formats.

As for the features, the SUV comes packed Bi-Xenon LED projector headlamps with LED daytime running lights, Traction Control (TRC) system, electrically adjustable driver seat, Down Hill Assist Control system, cruise control and reverse parking camera.
