Maruti Suzuki has quietly launched the new version of its fleet-focused model, the Swift Dzire Tour, in India. The new Dzire Tour is priced starting at Rs 5.24 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).
New Maruti Swift Dzire Tour—what is new?
The latest avatar of the Dzire Tour is the reworked version of the current model of the Swift Dzire. Maruti will replace the current Dzire in the market in May with the launch of the new Dzire. The Dzire Tour, the commercial model of the country's largest carmaker, has been in business since 2012 after Maruti launched the current Dzire sedan in the market.
In its new avatar, the new Swift Dzire Tour stays very much in the shape of its predecessor. It now gets swept back headlamps, silver steel wheels, body-coloured A-pillar, black ORVMs caps and black plastic grille at the front. Inside, the fleet-exclusive version of the Swift Dzire comes with dual tone black and beige cabin with wood trim garnish on the dashboard and door cards. It houses basic features such as power windows and MID (Multi Information Display).
Under the hood, the new Dzire Tour gets the same 1.2-litre petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engine mated to five-speed manual transmission. The new Swift Dzire Tour comes in white, silver and black exterior body shades.
Prices
The Swift Dzire Tour petrol variant gets a price tag of Rs 5.24 lakh while the Swift Dzire Tour diesel is priced at Rs 5.99 lakh (All prices ex-showroom Delhi).
