In a new video published by the Islamic State on Monday, child fighters are seen inciting other children to take up jihad during a camp complete with drinks, snacks and rides in Mosul, Iraq.

The Islamic State organised an outreach camp for children, mostly young boys, to teach them about jihad where the young fighters in the Isis ranks – referred to as the 'Cubs of the Caliphate' by the group – are seen lecturing their peers.

Child fighters as young as 10, dressed in fatigues and wearing black headbands representing the ISIS flag, are seen talking over the microphone and indoctrinating the audience of young boys in the video titled 'Daw'ah Caravan for the 'Cubs of the Caliphate'.

Young boys are also seen holding guns as they man the crowd.

The Islamic State has been recruiting children in its ranks relentlessly, with more than 400 children joining Isis ranks in the last four months itself.
