New Delhi, March 20 (ANI): The National Commission for Women on Friday welcomed a sessions court's decision to give life term to four convicts of the Mumbai telephone operator gang rape case, three of whom are also accused of raping a photojournalist in the same compound in July last year. NCW member Nirmala Sawant said that the verdict will give a positive message across the country.
