"NCIS" TV series' Season 13, Epsiode 6 titled, "Viral" will focus on the lives of those who work under Gibbs (Mark Harmon). In particular, best friends, Ellie Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) find their personal lives disturbed.

TV Guide's synopsis of Episode 6 reads: "A petty officer is murdered and the NCIS team investigates to determine if the crime is the work of a local serial killer or a copycat. Meanwhile, McGee and Delilah must learn to compromise before moving in together."

While this murder is the latest in a series of deaths that have taken place in the same fashion, Gibbs' team has to find out if another murderer has copied the serial killer's tactics.

Furthermore, the latest episode will depict a terrorist attack on a hotel. In the promo clip, Bishop tells her boss, Gibbs that her husband, Jake Malloy (Jamie Bamber) was in the hotel. Horrific scenes of the attack play on the television screen and a distressed Bishop refuses to go home or take rest, even after Gibbs' constant requests. She says, "I'm not going to go home and wait for an 'I am sorry'" call.

However, it remains to be seen if Bishop can actually do something to help her husband.

In an interview to TV Fanatic, executive producer Gary Glasberg said, "Bishop ... has a tremendous arc coming up where her marriage continues to be tested and challenged in ways as her husband remains with the NSA and she's with NCIS so that's going to take a huge toll on her and will manifest itself in a bunch of ways that will be significant all the way through the holidays and beyond."

Furthermore, Design and Trend reports that episode 6 will embrace the fervor of Halloween. "Tony DiNozzo brings some comedy to the episode by complaining that he feels itchy all over his body," the website stated.
