NBA 2K16, 2K's popular basketball simulation video game, has received a new roster update that has listed some of the changes that have been made as a result of the updated roster, as of 14 January.

The new roster update by Operation Sports sees the ranking of Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James, Sacramento Kings centre DeMarcus Cousins, New York Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry, Klay Thompson of Golden State Warriors and others have gained one point moving up the player ranking.

Tyreke Evans of New Orleans Pelicans has gained two points, thus, taking his ranking to 82.

But athletes like Kawhi Leonard San Antonio Spurs, Reggie Jackson of Detroit Pistons, CJ McCollum of Portland Trail Blazers and others have moved down by one point in their rankings.

Athletes like Jeff Teague of Atlanta Hawks and Avery Bradley of Boston Celtics have moved down by two points in the player rankings.

The report noted that the roster update also includes changes in accessory and team colours.

Face scan comes to PC version

2K also revealed that the face scan technology that was available for console users will now be available for the game's PC users too. This has been possible due to Intel RealSense Camera, according to the video.
