New Delhi, Feb 27 (ANI): Political leaders welcomed Navy Chief Admiral DK Joshi’s decision to resign from the post following the INS Sindhuratna mishap. Congress leader DP Tripathi said that the naval chief took moral responsibility and resigned, while JD (U) leader Ali Anwar welcomed the move saying very few officials do such a thing. Meanwhile, BJP leader Prakash Javadekar pointed out the shortcomings of the Defence ministry and said that they should take responsibility of the series of mishaps in the Indian Navy. Following the suit, NCP leader Tariq Anwar also welcomed the move.
