Ranchi, Dec 29 (ANI): BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Sunday slammed the UPA government for ignoring mineral-rich Jharkhand. Modi also underlined that it was the BJP government under the leadership of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee which helped to carve out Jharkhand as a separate state.
