Junior NTR's "Nannaku Prematho" is all set for a grand release in 300 screens overseas, and is likely to beat some of the records of blockbuster Telugu movies "Baahubali" and "Srimanthudu"?

"Nannaku Prematho" is gearing up for release in a record number of screens in key international markets like the US, Canada, the UAE/GCC, the UK/Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Kuwait and Germany. The makers have not announced the names of distributors for these regions, but have reportedly made their schedule list of theatres and screening timings in these countries.

Director Sukumar and Junior NTR's previous movies "1: Nenokkadine" and "Temper" have crossed the $1-million mark at the US box office. Their huge fan following in the country had generated great demand for the theatrical rights of "Nannaku Prematho". A distribution house has acquired the rights for a whopping amount, and has planned to release the film in 192 cinema halls.

New distribution house RansiTech Solutions Ltd, which is making its debut in international markets with "Nannaku Prematho", has bagged its distribution rights for the UK/Ireland. This distribution house, which has reportedly shelled out fancy price for the film's rights, has planned to release it in 35 screens in the country.

Some other distribution houses have booked 37 screens in the UAE/GCC, 12 screens in Germany, 12 theatres in Australia and New Zealand and six screens in Kuwait. As of now, reports suggest various distribution houses have booked 294 cinema halls for "Nannaku Prematho" and made advance booking available. "Baahubali" (Telugu version) and "Srimanthudu" released in more than 400 screens each in key international markets and did superb business at the overseas box office. Especially in the US, they performed better than some big-ticket Bollywood films. SS Rajamouli and Mahesh Babu's movies hold the records for the two highest grossers on the first day, weekend and first week and lifetime.

The promos of "Nannaku Prematho" have garnered a lot of attention from filmgoers in the US and some other foreign countries. Its pre-release hype and Jr NTR and Sukumar's huge fan base show the movie has the potential to beat some of the records of "Srimanthudu" and "Baahubali". The film is likely to become the third highest grossing Telugu movie of all time at the overseas box office.
