"Nach Baliye 7" has had its share of controversy causing contestants, but the judges too aren't far behind. Chetan Bhagat's comments have always been under the scanner, and now Preity Zinta is reportedly in trouble for being moody.
According to DNA's source, the actress might be axed from the show for throwing tantrums. Apparently, she calls for untimely breaks in the process delaying shoots. Also, she has not been able to bring much to the table as a judge.
"With just about sometime left for the show to come to an end, Preity and makers have had a fallout of sorts. She would go in to her van and never come out for hours. All this has irked Ekta and she has decided to get someone on board if talks with Preity doesn't fall back in place," the source further elaborated.
The insider also explained why the author isn't being replaced from the judges' panel. His credibility is being questioned by participants, and yet he is being retained for creating 'unnecessary drama and controversies'.
"The format was made to bring in a lot more mirch masala to the table. People thought it would be a dhamaka and not just the usual dance offs between celebrity couples. But the 'Too Much' funda has not quite worked in the show's favour," added the source.
In other news, the dance reality show has been grabbing headlines for all the wrong reasons. After Rashami Desai's fake injury drama, Upen Patel and Karishma Tanna were reportedly caught cheating in their compatibility tasks. The recently eliminated couple Sangram Singh and Payal Rohatgi stormed out of the show for not being given any break.
