Barring a few, most "Nach Baliye 7" couples lack spark. While it may be due to the overtime at work, extensive dance rehearsals and such, there are reports doing rounds that one of the pairs is faking their equation to be on the show.
Sana Saeed and Dipesh Patel are apparently 'just friends'. "Sana is a good dancer and teaming up with Dipesh, who is a choreographer, can prove to be a win-win situation for them. In real life though, the two are just friends and not a couple," The Times of India quoted a source as saying.
However, there has been no official announcement and thus can be counted as a mere speculation.
There have been reports of a hunt organised by the makers to get Sana a partner for the reality show. Interestingly, the time during which the contestants' list triggered a massive buzz, Sana admitted to being in a relationship with Dipesh, who is a restaurateur and a DJ.
"Yes, I have been dating Dipesh for some time now. I did not want to let this in the open; but I am being hounded by media calls. So I want to reveal his name now. But we are still not sure of our participation in the reality show," she told Telly Chakkar.
In other news, the season premiere drew a lot of flak and didn't look promising. While the performances were elaborated, Chetan Bhagat judging the show has become the butt of all jokes.
However, Ekta Kapoor has promised to deliver entertainment with a twist, as the show will not only rest on each couple's dancing abilities, but also how strong their bonding is.
"The viewers can expect a dance extravaganza on Sundays, but from Monday to Saturday, they will go through the ups and downs of every Jodi," she told TOI.
