"Nach Baliye 7" couple Karishma Tanna and Upen Patel, recently got engaged on the show after Karishma accepted Upen's proposal during a dance act.
Post the engagement, it appears like the couple are all set to add more drama on the show.
Reports suggest that the celebrity dance show will showcase the couple's sangeet ceremony also.
The contestants of the show are believed to have planned a sangeet ceremony, which will be telecasted in the coming episodes. The ceremony will include dance numbers performed by the couples, who will be joined by host Rithvik Dhanjani as well.

Recently, the couple were in the news after they had a heated arguement with their co-contestants, who accused them of resorting to unfair means to win the compatibility tests.
