The makers of Naam Shabana, starring Taapsee Pannu and Akshay Kumar have revealed the first look and the release date of the movie. Naam Shabana happens to be the sequel of Baby.
The first look poster of Naam Shabana features Taapsee in the front and has a shadow of Akshay. Directed by Shivan Nair and produced by Neeraj Pandey, the upcoming movie will present Taapsee in the main lead.
Akshay revealed the first look and the release date of Naam Shabana on Twitter with the caption saying, "Get ready to see the awesomeness of @taapsee in #NaamShabana on 31st March, 2017. This film belongs to you Baby!!! [sic]."
Taapsee too shared the first look and the release date of Naam Shabana, apparently with a dialogue from the film. "Humne rumaal rakh diya hai!! #31stMarch2017 #NaamShabana [sic]," she tweeted.
Baby was a superhit film that featured Akshay in the lead role along with other stars like Rana Daggubati, Anupam Kher, Danny Denzongpa and Taapsee Pannu among others. However, the sequel will revolve around the story of Taapsee, who plays the character of Shabana.
Taapsee has apparently learnt martial arts for the film and will be seen doing some serious action scenes. Check the first look of Naam Shabana here:
