Mouni Roy, who charmed the audience as Shivanya on supernatural show "Naagin," recently made her debut as a host on the Indian version of dance-based reality show "So You Think You Can Dance."

Talking about her first show as a host, Mouni said that she was excited about it and was hoping that she would live up to the audience's expectations. "I am equally excited and nervous. It's my first show as a host so there is a lot of excitement to experience this new phase in my career. Nervous, because I hope the audience likes me as a host and I am able to live up to their expectations," Mouni told Absolute India.

Co-hosting the dance-based reality show along with Rithvik Dhanjani, Mouni said that it was fun shooting with the actor and she is waiting to know if the viewers loved their on-screen chemistry. The "Naagin" actress also said that the audience can expect a lot of entertainment from the two.

Further, Mouni is also elated to share screen space with the show's female judge Madhuri Dixit Nene. "It is an honour to share screen space with her. Since childhood I have seen her movies and I love the way she dances and carries herself. I had jitters in my stomach when we shot together," she said.

On being asked if she would be a part of "Naagin 2," Mouni revealed that she would love to play the character again, if offered.

"So You Think You Can Dance" features a mix of professional and non-professional dancers and is judged by Madhuri, Terence Lewis and Bosco Martis. "Bosco will take charge of street and raw urban style while I'll look into the technical aspects of the stage performances. Madhuri will oversee the Indian styles," Terence had told the Press Trust of India. "So You Think You Can Dance" went on air at 8:30 p.m. on April 23 on &TV.
