Television actress Adaa Khan, who has been winning hearts with the role of Sesha on supernatural show "Naagin," will soon be seen in another show. The actress will be making an appearance on Zee TV's "Yeh Vaada Raha" during the Akshaya Tritiya special episode.
Adaa will shed her Icchadhari naagin avatar to don a Maharashtrian look and will be seen performing on the "Deva Shree Ganesha" song from the film "Agneepath" on the special episode, Tellychakkar.com reported. The actress has also shared a stunning picture of her Maharashtrian look on her Instagram page.
Besides Adaa, the brother-sister duo of "Yeh Vaada Raha," Ranveer (played by Yash Tonk) and Meher (played by Ankita Sharma), will also be performing on the Bollywood song "Aaj Ki Party Mere Taraf Se." Ankita will also perform a solo dance number on "Ghani Bawri Ho Gayi."
In other news, Colors' "Naagin," which has made a record of sorts by ruling the Television Rating Points (TRP) charts every week since its inception, has been extended by another month. The Colors channel has decided to continue running the show owing purportedly to the show's popularity. "Naagin" was supposed to end on May 15 but will now draw its curtains on June 11.
The sudden announcement of extending "Naagin" came as a surprise to the team as well. The creative team of the show is now apparently working on altering the climax sequence and planning to bring back several characters. "The show has suddenly got an extension and so, hum bus shoot kiye jaa rahe hain (we are just continuing with the shoot)," Adaa told SpotboyE.
