Dhanbad, Dec 09 (ANI): Addressing an election rally in Jharkahnd's Dhanbad, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said that to the people of the state that the BJP led NDA government is of the poor, for the poor and by the poor. Modi appealed to the people of Jharkhand for giving a clear majority to the BJP in ongoing assembly polls. Modi underlined the disparity between eastern and western parts of the country and said that development if India is incomplete without earstern region development.
