New Delhi, Sep 18 (ANI): A court in Uttar Pradesh has issued non-bailable warrants against 5 UP politicians, accused of inciting communal violence through inflammatory speeches in Muzaffarnagar. The political leaders facing the charges are BJP MLA Sangeet Som, BSP's Qadir Rana, Jameel Ahmed and Noor Rana and ex-Congress MP Saed-uz-man. The communal riots in Muzaffarnagar have killed 50 people and created 40,000 refugees.
