Varanasi, Sept 22 (ANI): Situated on the banks of the river Ganga, Varanasi, located in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh is famous for its Ganga-Jamuni tehzeeb – a culture of harmony between different faiths - that is religiously upheld by its residents. One such instance where this age old ethos came into existence was in school, where children belonging to Muslim community participated in a cultural event dedicated to Hindu festival. The school, Unique Academy, believes in communal harmony and thus to bring this upbringing of India's ethos among children, it keeps on organising such events. Instances such as these present a beautiful example of inter-faith understanding and bonding which is the essence of the composite culture of India.
