A massive fire broke out in a chemical godown in Maharashtra's Bhiwandi on Tuesday, July 23.

Huge plume of smoke is seen billowing out of the chemical godown where the fire erupted. Fire tenders have reached the spot.

News agency ANI reported that fire fighting operations are underway. No casualties have been reported at the time of filing the report.

In a similar incident on Monday, a massive fire broke out at the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) building in Salt Lake in Kolkata, West Bengal. However, no casualty was reported. The case of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
