New Delhi, March 31 (ANI): Hours after the Supreme Court commuted the death sentence of 1993 Delhi blast convict Devinder Singh Bhullar to life imprisonment keeping in view his mental illness and an inordinate delay, former Congress leader and a bomb blast victim MS Bitta expressed disappointment. Bitta lashed out at Congress president Sonia Gandhi after the decision came. The government had told the apex Court on Thursday that it had no problem with the commutation of death penalty of Bhullar. Bhullar, a Khalistan Liberation Force (KLF) militant, was sentenced to death in 2001 for causing a car bomb.
