New Delhi, Nov 21 (ANI): Talking about the controversy on German language in Kendriya Vidayalas, HRD Minister Smriti Irani said that there was a memorandum of understanding that was presenting German language as the third language in India. She said that any such MoU is against the Constitution of India and cannot be passed by the central government. Irani said that she rejected to sign on the MoU when it came for renewal. The HRD Minister also said that as far as students are concerned, teachers will be made available for them on choice of any Indian language but not on German language which is a foreign language.
