The upcoming Motorola XT907 considered to be Droid Razr Mini has visited FCC. On the other hand, Motorola Razr HD specs are becoming more clearer.

The Droid Razr Mini is the much touted Motorola XT907 which was pictured a month ago. New handset will head to Verizon with 4G LTE chip in it along with NFC support. As per the rumors, the device will feature 4.3-inch 888 x 540 pixels resolution, dual-core Snapdragon S4 1.2 GHz processor, Android 4.0 ICS and 8-megapixel camera. These days Motorola is on a roll as the company is launching powerful handset is much affordable price. The recently launched Motorola Atrix HD and Motorola Photon Q 4G LTE device speaks the urge of the manufacturer to penetrate into the market. Motorola Atrix HD was priced $99 while Photon Q 4G LTE was priced for $199.99. However, at this point of time, the yet to be released Mini version is said to be a mid-ranged handset with high end specifications, hence the probability of it coming with a price range between $99 and $199.99 is a likely option.

Meanwhile, the Razr HD which was said to be coming with 13-megapixel camera may sport a 8-megapixel sensor instead, according to latest rumor. The device is said to feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core 1.5Ghz processor, microSD slot, 2,530mAh battery, Kevlar design on back of the device, 4.6-inch with 1280x720-pixel HD displays resolution, ColorBoost support and Android ICS operating system. Also KnowYourMobile has previously reported based on reliable source, that Motorola Mobility will launch Razr HD in October.

And the rumor about Razr Maxx HD has slightly changed from previous rumor as new reports reveal that the device may not be coming out anytime soon or there will be no such device going to be launched in future.
