The wait for Moto X Force in India will soon be over as Motorola on Monday, 1 February, officially announced the release details of the flagship smartphone.
Moto X Force was originally unveiled as Droid Turbo 2 in the US through Verizon Wireless in October 2015. Now, the device will be made available on both online and brick-and-mortar shops across India later this month.
The key aspect of Moto X Force is the company's proprietary ShatterShield display technology. It is made of five layers -- Aluminium chassis to form the rigid core, flexible AMOLED screen, and two layered touchscreen panels, interior lens to provide clear visibility of contents and exterior lens to provide additional protection -- so that the phone's display will be capable of absorbing shock from the impact and is guaranteed not to shatter, the company said on Twitter.

On the rear side (of base model), it comes covered with ballistic nylon (metalised glass fiber) that offers a distinctive design while providing ultimate durability. Also, underneath this coating, Moto X Force features Kevlar, a material that is known to be five times stronger than steel.
Moto X Force India release and price details:
The company has confirmed that the new Moto X Force will be made available in two storage variants -- 32GB & 64GB -- on Flipkart, Amazon India, Spice Hotspot, Tata owned Croma and other major retail chains from 8 February onwards for Rs 49,999 and Rs 53,999, respectively. It will also be available in two colour variants -- white soft rubber grip and grey ballistic nylon.
