At a time when smartphone enthusiasts are eagerly waiting for a number of Moto handsets to be announced, Motorola Brazil has just taken the excitement to the next level. The company has started sending out invites for a new Hello Moto launch event, which is scheduled to take on June 21 in the South American country.

While it's confirmed that Motorola will unveil a new phone at the event, it's still unclear exactly what is going to be introduced. There are actually multiple Moto smartphones that are currently doing the rounds in the rumour world.

One such device that comes to our mind is a mysterious unannounced Moto handset, which was recently certified by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The anonymous device with a serial number of XT1797 was said to be carrying a 5.5-inch display, a Snapdragon 430 chipset and a 3000mAh battery. The FCC documentation also revealed that the phone had Android 7.1.1 Nougat pre-installed.

The upcoming event could also possibly about the Moto Z2 Force, which is expected to feature a 5.5-inch AMOLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 MSM8998 chip and 4GB of RAM. The phone is also likely to come with dual camera setup, 64GB of native storage and gigabit LTE support.

Motorola fans are also waiting to see the Moto X4, which is also a possible contender for this month's event. Like the Moto Z2 Force, the Moto X4 is also likely to feature a 5.5-inch display, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in memory. Other rumoured specifications include a 13MP rear camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chip and a 3800mAh battery.

We are also waiting for the Moto E4 Plus to be unveiled. However, if recent reports are correct, this news model, which is expected to sport a 5000mAh battery, is not likely to be unveiled until next time. Featuring a 5.5-inch display, the Moto E4 Plus could be powered by a MediaTek MT6737 chip, along with 3GB of RAM. The device is also rumored to include a 13MP rear camera, a 5MP front camera and 16GB of internal storage.

Brazil, where Motorola unveiled the Moto Z2 Play last week, is a key market for the company, where it has an impressive smartphone market share of 30 percent. Therefore, the country is the perfect choice for the company to introduce its next Moto handset as well.
