It is no secret that Pune-based bike maker Bajaj is readying a new commuter motorcycle for the Indian two wheeler market, and the model is currently undergoing test runs on the Indian roads. While we got the first glimpse of the new Bajaj bike a few days ago, more images of the model have now hit the web, this time painting a better picture about the company's new offering.

Snapped by the motor buffs at BikeWale, the latest spy shots of the Bajaj's new commuter motorcycle reveal its cruiser-like styling. The bike seems to have got a unique style with its longer and spherical fuel tank and fatter rear tyres. From the images, the new test mule still appears to be in its initial stages of development and flaunts instruments cluster and bikini fairing similar to the Pulsar models. The model in question also shows the low-slung seat.

As of now, not much is known about the engine and other technical details of the new Bajaj model. However, the rumours indicate that the bike could get power from a 150cc engine with 5-speed transmission. The suspension duties in the bike are believed to be done by telescopic front fork and twin gas charged shock at the rear.

The new motorcycle is believed to be a part of the upcoming rumoured sub-brand of Bajaj which is expected to be introduced in the market in the coming months. Previous reports had suggested that Bajaj's new brand would include models ranging from 125cc to 150cc and the first motorcycle to come out of this brand will be a 150cc model.
