New Delhi, July 11 (ANI): IMD Director BP Yadav on Friday said that monsoon will most probably hit the central and northwest India including Delhi NCR from July 15. He said that pressure in Bay of Bengal has affected monsoon and that there will be humidity till 14th July. He also said that the present weather is like heat wave due to absence of cloud.
