The makers of the movie "Mohenjo Daro," starring Hrithik Roshan, have released the first poster of the film. Hrithik's look in the film is out and he looks impressive.

The first poster of "Mohenjo Daro" presents Hrithik in a rugged look as he appears to be in a battlefield. Directed by Ashutosh Gowariker, "Mohenjo Daro" is one of the most-awaited flicks of this year.

The first motion poster of the film was revealed earlier on Tuesday, and now the first official poster is here to impress the fans. It is a historical period drama and is touted to be one of the most expensive Bollywood films till date.

Htithik has shared the poster of Twitter with the caption: "The manifestation of love and power.. SARMAN [sic]." Hrithik was last seen in the movie "Bang Bang" (2014), and the actor is now ready to return to the big screen with Gowariker's ambitious project. Check out the first poster of "Mohenjo Daro" here:

Reportedly shot mostly in Bhuj in Gujarat and Mumbai, "Mohenjo Daro" will apparently revolve around the love story of a man who falls for his enemy's daughter. The film features Pooja Hegde as the female lead.

Hrithik has apparently worked very hard for this project. The film's shoot was halted after the actor suffered some serious injuries while shooting some action sequences. The film will not only show Hrithik in a never-seen-before avatar but will also present a fresh pairing. The movie will hit the screens on Aug. 12.
