Vadodara, April 09 (ANI): BJP's prime ministerial candidate and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday filed his nomination papers from Vadodara in Gujarat. Wearing a saffron jacket Modi waved to thousands of cheering supporters on his way to the office of the collector to file his papers. He is also contesting the elections from the Varanasi seat in Uttar Pradesh, where he is pitted against Congress' Ajai Rai and AAP's Arvind Kejriwal. Playing on his tea vendor background, the BJP's Vadodara unit has chosen a tea vendor as one of the five proposers for his nomination. After filing his nomination papers, Modi said that Vadodara has been his Karmabhoomi. He used to stay there for years and now he will get a chance to serve the place.
