Bijnor, April 6 (ANI): BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Sunday addressed a rally in Bijnor district of Uttar Pradesh where he slammed the Congress Party for the ill-governance in the last decade. Modi addressed the farmers and said that the sugarcane farmers do not get proper revenue for their product. Modi further stated that handicrafts business could have been globalised but the Government is unwilling to do so. Modi also expressed a soft corner towards the poor and highlighted his personal experience as a poor tea-seller's child.
